Important things to know about Well Pets Clinics:

• Any pet who has not been examined by a Well Pets Veterinarian within the past year must be examined before receiving prescription medications.
• For any pricing questions, please call Well Pets Office at 317-773-8387. Inaccurate pricing information given by store employees WILL NOT be honored.
• We don't have access to medical records while at the cllinics, however you can obtain your records by calling our office at 317-773-8387. We cannot sell prescription medications without documentation of a current Well Pets exam (and a negative heartworm test if purchasing heartworm medication).
